Jeanne is avoiding taking Fosamax by coming to OsteoStrong for her Osteoporosis.
Jeanne has always been into fitness and was a little surprised to have Osteopenia in her late forties early fifties.
She started trying different things on her own, like weight training hiking instead of hiking; however, it wasn’t helping.
Then she saw an article in the paper about alternative fitness activities and realized OsteoStrong was a center that specialized in specific exercises that make a difference.
Jeanne was familiar with concept of rebuilding the body. She was very excited about how neurology is tied to physiology in OsteoStrong.
When she came to try it out, OsteoStrong she thought it would be about the machines. However, when she first came to the center, Jeanna noticed how everyone there loved what they were doing and who they were helping.
Being around people who are connected to what they love provides a health benefit, and this was one of the many benefits Jeanne enjoyed when joining OsteoStrong.
In addition to the environment and the people, there were machines she thought were kind of wacky.
However, once Jeanne started trying the machines out, she realized each device’s benefits. Having researched vibrational and light therapy, she knew this was the future wave.
Five to ten years from now, Jeanne still wants to be doing exactly what she is doing now and hopefully better because OsteoStrong will help her prevent the continuation of her Osteoporosis but reverse it.
Jeanne wants you to know that getting older does not mean becoming weaker.
Be in control of your aging and health! Stay strong with OsteoStrong.
