Twenty-five years ago, Brad suffered a traumatic brain injury in a life-threatening car accident that changed his life.
He suffered from physical pain for a long time.
Brad has gotten through a lot of it, but he really struggled with pain in the past three years, and coming to OsteoStrong has made a significant difference in Brads’ pain level. He is just overall feeling a lot better.
However, at the same time, people want to be active in a way that can help them and benefit them.
So depending on your age, coming into OsteoStrong is still active for people.
It’s nice not to have to put in a ton of effort to benefit from OsteoStrong.
Ultimately five to 10 years now, Brad wants to be more precise and healthy.
As a parent, Brad enjoys watching his kids. So ultimately, if he can get stronger, gaining more wisdom would be ideal.
Getting a stronger and more clear mind to help live a longer, healthier life is what Brad hopes to achieve.
His goal is also to coach other athletes and coaches and be in the coaching organization for a long time.
