How strong do you desire to be 5-10 years from now?
About three years ago, Karen fractured her pelvis. She went to a physical therapist and tried exercises at home. Karen decided to try OsteoStrong instead of taking a pill.
Karen tried many options to get her bones stronger and heal everything.
A year later, she had a bone density test and was still at high risk for a fracture. So her doctor recommended OsteoStrong or taking a pill, and Karen wasn’t much of a pill person.
Karen’s doctor talked to her about OsteoStrong before, and sometimes I don’t always listen to my doctor. Anyway, I came to OsteoStrong, and from the very minute I walked in here, I was so impressed.
Karen says the hydro massage is the fastest eight minutes of her life. It’s just very relaxing and hard to explain, but the hydro massage is truly unique. She also enjoys the electromagnetic pad and the red light therapy, which can be done together for about nine minutes.
So the time Karen spends at OsteoStrong is minimal compared to what other people may have to do to gain not even half of what she is gaining.
Karen enjoys how there’s always someone here to give you directions and guidance—at the same time, doing a little warmup before each session and one afterward.
Karen is impressed with the machines. They monitor your progress, so you are competing with yourself. Now she isn’t a competitive person but will compete with herself.
“I can come in every week and know what I did the week before and the best I ever had done. There’s always someone with me providing encouraging words. Ensuring I am getting the most out of my body that I can.”
You’re not really conscious of this until you start experiencing different things in your life and how it is uplifting, mentally and physically.
Karen lives by herself, out in the hills, and does gardening. She has a two-level house. So she is constantly pulling up and down the stairs.
In five to ten years, Karen still wants to be doing all that she is doing now. If not more and she will be amazed.
