We are seeing cases of Osteoporosis in children, which I think is tragic. These rising cases show that children aren’t being physically active.
Children aren’t using their bodies and triggering that bone density. As a result, we are seeing more cases of Osteoporosis which is tragic.
The worst part about this will happen in twenty to thirty years when they aren’t developing towards the usual thirty-year standard.
It is tough to participate in minor leagues and softball teams, my friends who are coaches have told me.
Usually, there would be a waiting list or three to four teams available for children to participate. Now it’s hard to fill up the slot on one team because kids aren’t as active.
From seeing people at OsteoStrong with Osteoporosis, I know that Osteoporosis can be reversed.
I am concerned about the longevity of the current youth and wonder what is going to be the cost of this inactivity.
I do hope that more kids start to come into OsteoStrong centers to help maximize and build up strong bone density. My children go and have experienced incredible results.
“If more children started coming in and working on their muscular-skeletal health, they would see huge improvements and benefits.”
With OsteoStrong, I am encouraged about what they are doing.
Children’s muscular-skeletal isn’t developing the same as those who grew up in the 70s, 80s, and 90s before the technology boom.
As OsteoStrong moves forward, we will see the signs early and have the opportunity to engage and ramp up the strength in children’s muscular-skeletal system.
I have athletic kids who attend OsteoStrong. I also believe that if you can fit in a machine, you need to use OsteoStrong to your advantage.
“We are making this generation stronger. Let us make the next generations to come even stronger at OsteoStrong!”
