When I was in elementary school in Santa Fe, I would come to school with the lunches packed by my mom.

So many of the other kids would make fun of me because I would have sandwiches that were sprouted wheat bread with cheese and avocado and sprouts.

I thought it was delicious. We were super active. I grew up on 10 acres of land, so it was just natural that we were moving all the time.

It was great modeling to see my parents doing so many activities from such a young age.
My mom was super into yoga, and my dad played handball.

I naturally started to understand the importance of moving my body every day and how good it made me feel.

I was fortunate to have been taught so many amazing things by my parents when I was young, but everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful change in their health at whatever age.

All it takes is starting today. I can’t wait to help you reset your life and get you back to being healthy and strong.
