When I went to school and learned about the body and exercise science, it emphasized muscle strength and not necessarily bones.
Opening an OsteoStrong and deciding to learn about this was very exciting for me. I learned so much about how the bones do have a huge effect on how much muscle mass you can keep on the body or put on the body.
So, it has a big impact on your muscle strength and how healthy and strong you will stay as you age.
Being the stature that I am, too, with a smaller frame, it can be an issue, so I’m hopefully right now on the preventative side of
keeping my bones strong.
