Carolyn would highly encourage anybody that has some aches and pains or wants to be stronger should take the opportunity to visit OsteoStrong.
She was a bit skeptical and not interested in OsteoStrong.
She felt she didn’t need it because she is an active person, and Carolyn didn’t care for another gym type of experience.
Given her history with gyms, that atmosphere wasn’t very successful.
However, Carolyn finally got some encouragement and decided to try OsteoStrong.
After her first experience, Carolyn was convinced it was not only something she needed to do, but it was a simple and easy process.
Carolyn comes in straight from work for her weekly OsteoStrong sessions and enjoys the convenience of not having to change clothes or do anything additional.
She does a couple of minutes on the Vibe Plate is how Carolyn starts her sessions. Carolyn does a couple of minutes on the four trigger machines and finishes with two additional minutes on the Vibe Plate.
OsteoStrong is very easy, minimal time commitment, only once a week, and they are very flexible in scheduling appointments.
Carolyn finds it rewarding to see improvement from week to week.
Even when she isn’t feeling the strongest or can’t do the highest, that is okay too.
Being at OsteoStrong, Carolyn focuses on trying to hit her growth triggers each week.
She is consistent and continues to apply herself during each session.
Carolyn wants to go to 120 and do it the strong way.
She doesn’t want to be hunched over and barely surviving.
Carolyn currently takes care of her years and wants to continue doing that.
Carolyn realized that she needed to be proactive in maintaining her health and taking precautions. She focuses on building balance and strength.
