Change Your Body For The Better
I feel that when people are aware of their body where their body is in space is fascinating to me.
I can see it a lot with clients, talking about balance.
If you know and sense where your body is, you can have a better balance.
You can make your balance better. You can change your body mechanics by walking and sitting down.
By not doing too many repetitive movements and different things. Teaching people to be aware of that and know moving is always better than not, even if you’re having pain.
I think to understand that because maybe your knee hurts or your hip hurts, don’t stop moving even if it’s a little bit at a time.
Try not to you let it get worse. I think just being aware of it and knowing that you don’t just
have to accept it either. If you have knee pain or back pain, you don’t just have to live with it.
You can make it better!
When I opened an OsteoStrong, what I wanted to bring to the community was to teach people how to move, stretch, strengthen and change their bodies for the better.
