Being A CEO Lets Me Inspire People
What drives me to wake up each day and give it my all? It is, and has always been, people just like you.
As CEO of OsteoStrong, it is my life’s joy to serve OsteoStrong’s community members that are committed to creating a higher quality of life for all.
One of my favorite things about being CEO of OsteoStrong is inspiring people to become better than they are. That has been the mainstay of my life. I have always been involved in things that I never knew how to do before.
The number one fear that I deal with and have dealt with my whole life, which most human beings deal with as well, is feeling as though I am not good enough. In reaction to that feeling, we often try to specialize in one area and get good in that one area alone. Then, we do not ever want to go outside of that comfort zone because there is too much uncertainty; there is too much fear that we are not good enough.
What I really love about what I do is getting an opportunity to help lead and inspire other people through uncertainty and discomfort. I get to help them grow.
Many people believe that a CEO just sits back, looks at reports, and yells at their executive team. That is not how I run OsteoStrong. I stay involved. I stay curious about how I can help people grow, whether it is through franchisees or even my executive team. I love inspiring my team to see what they do not see in themselves and then take action. I get to see them get better. My work is so heartening to do because, ultimately, I am here to serve OsteoStrong’s members.
It is always about my team and if I am helping them grow. I always want to do more. The benefit of this work is having more people come in and experience OsteoStrong’s benefits. That drives me. That drive becomes a pull of energy that makes me hit the ground every morning with my feet ready to go because I know that when I step into my superpower, helping and inspiring other people, it leads to more people coming to OsteoStrong and experiencing the life that they have always wanted.
That is what keeps me going every single day. I hope to hear soon that you are visiting your local OsteoStrong.
