Don’t Distract Your Golf Swing
Paul, how has OsteoStrong improved your golf game or coaching and teaching others?
I am constantly bending over teeing up golf balls, and I’ve had significant pain for so long.
When I try to switch to my left side, I forget because I’ve teed up on the right for so long.
Now I don’t feel the pain and can keep teeing on my right side out of habit.
I arrive home pain-free and think, maybe I can keep doing it.
That was a huge benefit because I am trying to focus on my students’ swings.
I’m analyzing every movement and swing of my students to try to explain it in a way they can understand.
So then, when your hip is nagging at you, it’s distracting, and you don’t want to be distracted.
I like to be focused because I aim to make people play better golf.
I don’t want the distraction of the pain, always being hesitant to do something.
Then if you hit any shots, you feel the pain even more.
So that’s really what I’ve been getting out of it.
